TESTIMONIALS

The Aqua Lev is a wonder product. I have installed many of these on the pools that I have built.
If I complete a pool and there is no water leveler on it, the Aqua Lev is the easiest way to go. I am glad to know that I can put it in the equipment area and it will work great for many years.

I have been using the Aqua Lev on my pool construction jobs since 1986.
It is a great product, very efficient, easy to install and reliable.
There have been many times that it has been economical to install a Aqua Lev, instead of tearing up the deck to install a water leveler by the pool. The Aqua Lev is conveniently installed by the equipment with much less effort.
I endorse this product and plan to use it for many more years.

Dear Mr. Kinkead:
After reviewing the flow test done on the Aqua-Lev, I see no reason why it cannot be used on semi public pools provided the following stipulations are observed.
If the device is used in conjunction with a time clock, the following size restrictions must be followed: the device may be installed on pools having surface area of 1400 square feet or less. On pools having a surface area between 1400 square feet and 1725 aquare feet, the Health Department will review on a case by case basis and may approve its use.
The time clock when used must not turn the pump off for more than one hour in twenty four. The pool should remain closed during that one hour.
Efforts on you part should be made to redesign your system to eliminate the need for a time clock. If the time clock can be eliminated, then no surface area restrictions will exist and your device will be allowed on any size pool.
Should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
